This guided meditation practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Bird City Bike Coop is a vibrant ministry of First Church dedicated to restoring bikes, building community, and empowering individuals through hands-on repair and education. Rooted in justice and inclusion, the Coop supports marginalized and underserved neighbors with practical tools and spiritual connection.
